Chiharu Yuki is a Senior Counsel at Miura & Partners US (M&P US), where she advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financings, securities law and general corporate matters, across diverse industries. She has over a decade of experience practicing at international law firms both in Tokyo and the U.S., with a particular expertise advising Japanese companies or their U.S. subsidiaries on U.S. corporate transactions. Leveraging her fluency in Japanese and English, and her deep understanding of the U.S. and Japanese business and legal cultures, Ms. Yuki assists Japanese companies in navigating U.S. corporate law matters.

Ms. Yuki has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of primary and ancillary M&A transaction documents. She also counsels clients on entity formation, organizational matters and operations, and negotiates commercial agreements, including sales and supply agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, among others. She has advised U.S., UK, Japanese and global businesses, as well as public, private enterprises and start-up companies.                 

Ms. Yuki frequently collaborates closely with colleagues across M&P US to deliver integrated, business-aligned legal solutions. Known for her precise legal analysis, cultural fluency, and collaborative leadership, she helps clients align legal strategy with business objectives while minimizing legal risk.

Prior to joining M&P US, Ms. Yuki practiced at the Atlanta office of a major international law firm. She holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
